inconsistent housekeepingfloor stains
i found SOME problems . the housekeeping was VERY inconsistent. i had to ask multiple times for towels and toiletries. the bathroom wasn't cleaned well and there were some stains on the floor.

this place had four pools. there was even one only for adults. they gave towels at the pool, i noticed. they also provided water and sun cream. i liked it.
the water dispensers were broke. there was no free coffee available when it's morning. my shower head did not worked when i get there. that was not good at all.

Wonderful Stay at a Tropical Oasis

The hotel features four distinct pools, each landscaped with lush trees and shrubs, thus creating a secluded and intimate atmosphere. I appreciated the well-equipped rooms. A shuttle service provided convenient transportation to and from the downtown area (it saved us a lot of hassle).
I encountered mandatory valet parking, priced at $25 per night. I found this inconvenient, as there was no self-parking alternative available.

The hotel provides free shuttles to downtown and Smathers beach. I found it more convenient than expected. I also enjoyed the four pools. The adult-only pool offered tranquility. The grounds crew maintained the premises well, keeping it manicured.
Housekeeping was not consistent. I had to request K-Cups and washcloths. The floors were not cleaned properly, and the table remained dirty throughout my stay. The staff, excluding the wait staff and bartenders, did not acknowledge us. This felt dismissive.

The hotel's multiple pools offered ample space to spread out and relax I did enjoy the lush grounds.
The website's depiction of beach access was misleading I found no direct way to reach the water from what they called the 'beach' area It was like false advertising.
